MTV'S BAM MARGERA'S UNCLE CHARGED

Reality television's Vincent "Don Vito" Margera, uncle of "Viva La Bam" MTV show star Bam Margera (Right), was ordered Thursday to stand trial in Colorado on felony charges that he groped three girls at a public appearance. During a preliminary hearing, prosecutors presented evidence -- including statements from the girls and photos from their camera phones -- that Margera, 50, fondled the two 12-year-old girls and the 14-year-old girl, the district attorney's office said in a statement. The three girls had gone to the mall skate park to get Margera's autograph and have their picture taken with him, prosecutor Zach Phillips said. Margera was charged with three counts of sexual assault on a child and, if convicted, could face anywhere from probation to six years in prison. He could enter a plea when he is arraigned March 5. Pamela Mackey, who was part of the team that defended NBA star Kobe Bryant against sexual assault allegations, appeared in court on Margera's behalf. Margera appeared in court and remains free on $50,000 bail.
